Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us through the Site:

• Fit-review / intake form: name, email address, company or organization name, and details you provide about your technology, funding history, or funding needs, submitted via our form and processed through our forms provider, Formspree.
• Scheduling information: if you book a consultation through our Calendly scheduling link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and the meeting details you provide, subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or cookie-based tracking tools on the Site. If that changes, this Policy will be updated before any such tool is enabled.

We do not collect payment information through the Site. Clients who engage our services are invoiced directly, outside the Site.

We use the information collected to:

• Evaluate whether your project is a fit for our services;
• Respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations;
• Communicate with you about our services; and
• If you become a client, begin the engagement process (governed separately by a signed client services agreement).

We share information with the following third-party providers solely to operate the Site and deliver the services described above:

• Formspree — processes and delivers form submissions to us.
• Calendly — processes scheduling requests and calendar data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain intake and scheduling information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, or, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and as required by our recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 6.

Any technical, scientific, or funding-related materials shared with us as part of an active client engagement are governed by the confidentiality and data-handling terms of the applicable signed client services agreement, not by this Policy.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing specificaimsintelligence@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent revision.
